We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
We take your privacy very seriously. All personal data collected is exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your orders; by default we do not add you to our mailing list; we only contact you by mail or phone unless you tell us to or in case of absolute need following an order or a contact from you. We will never sell your information and will only share your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling your order (ex.: to the courier service) or insh the scope of customer service. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Maray is a EU company and bound by European Law. The GDPR (Global Data Protection Regulation) is a new regulation that applies to all companies operating in the EEA and sets up new standards for handling private data of individuals.
We want to be fully transparent about what personal information we hold and how we treat it so please read carefully our GDPR update to our privacy policy.
What personal information we hold and why?
At checkout we gather: your name, address, NIF (fiscal number of customer, for invoicing purposes in Portugal), telephone. If you pay with bank transfer we will also receive the bank account number used to transfer the money to us.
This information is required for us to process your order and we will use it exclusively for this purpose.
When you visit our store we also install “cookies”. These cookies are used to improve your navigation experience and gather statistics about the traffic to our store. They can also be used to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns (see SECTION 7 - COOKIES above for more details).
What do we do with your personal information?
All the data collected at checkout is used, disclosed (to 3rd parties) and retained for the exclusive purpose of fulfilling a contractual obligation (your order).
Discloser to 3rd parties includes courier services (for home delivery) and other subcontractors providing customer support on our behalf. All 3rd parties are bound by confidentiality agreement and will use personal data as indicated in this policy.
We do not hold any payment information (ex.: credit cards) but when you make use of a credit card or use paypal for your payment your information is sent to the payment processing provider (Stripe or Paypal) using the most advanced encryption methods available.
