Where is my order?
Every order is shipped with a tracking number which is sent to you by email the moment we send the goods out. We normally ship < 24h after we confirm the payment of the order.
If you have not received the email with the tracking number <24h after payment please check your Junk Email folder. If still you cannot find it contact us at shop@maray.pt.
The tracking number does not work
Please note that there may be a short delay (a couple of hours) between the email you receive from us confirming the shipping and the tracking number becoming available in the courier system. If it is not working 2h after you have received our shipping confirmation email contact us at shop@maray.pt
How can I pay my order?
You can pay with the usual methods (paypal, credit card, bank transfer and also MB WAY). If you have chosen bank transfer please send the money to:

To speed up the shipping we ask you to send us the payment confirmation to shop@maray.pt. A simple printscreen or pic of your bank receipt should be enough.
If you have chosen MB WAY please send your payment to +351 919 354 885 (Maray, Lda)
Order guaranteed after payment only. Please add your name and order number to the reference of your transfer so it is quicker for us to identify your payment.

Do you ship abroad?
As of today we ship to more than 25 countries. Check the full list and shipping costs in our delivery and returns page.
If you cannot find your country mail us to shop@maray.pt.
with your order details and where you would like them to be shipped and we will try to fix it.
I did not get an order confirmation
We always send you (either by mail or SMS depending on your preferences): 1) an order confirmation when you place an order; 2) a shipping confirmation with tracking number when we ship the goods; 3) a "thank you email" around 48h after delivery to double check everything went ok.
If you are missing any of these please check your Junk Mail folder (depending on your settings they may end up there). If you still cannot find it contact us at shop@maray.pt.
hint: 9/10 times you cannot find the order confirmation is because it is in the Junk Folder. The remaining 1/10 is because you misspelled your email and your order confirmation is left "hanging" somewhere in the cloud.
Where can I see your products?
We are always looking for cool physical places where to show case our shoes and get you the chance to feel and touch them. At any given time we are normally present in selected Concept Stores and/or Pop up stores but this varies.

Visit us to feel our shoes in your hands and feet but shop online if your number or favourite colour is not available in the physical store.
What happened to the mailing list 10% discount code and free shipping on first order?
As of February 2019 we stopped giving out these discounts.
