Exchanges

We want all customers to feel happy with their purchase but, sometimes size or model are just not the right ones and... that's ok!

You can exchange any item of your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Just click here, and follow the simple steps and choose the way of exchange which is more convenient for you. It will take 30 seconds to make it!

After receiving email confirmation from our partner acknowledging your request send us the items in its original package and unused as chosen by you in the previous link.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Do not ship us any goods unless you have told us of your intention through the provided link or by email. Any items received at our warehouse without our explicit consent by email will not be eligible for exchange and will stay with us until you pick them up or send us payment for shipping them back to you.

 

Returns and Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied using your original method of payment. An email will be sent to you confirming the processing of the refund. We will also compensate you for shipping the defective items to us by an amount equivalent to our shipping costs of sending the item to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@maray.pt.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded except if they are defective and if previously authorised by Maray by the email address shop@maray.pt.
