Returns Policy

YReturns and Refunds: You can return any item of your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Simply email us to support@maray.pt with your intention, the reason for the return and pictures of the defect. After receiving our email confirmation acknowledging your request send us the items in its original package and in unused condition to the address in our email to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied using your original method of payment. An email or sms (depending on your contact preferences) will be sent to you confirming the processing of the refund. We will also compensate you for shipping the defective items to us by an amount equivalent to our shipping costs of sending the item to you. Do not ship us any goods unless you have told us of your intention my email. Any items received at our warehouse without our explicit consent by email will not be elligible for refund and will stay with us until you pick them up or send us payment for shipping them back to you.
